This 60 minute VIRTUAL class will be a vinyasa experience with a dash of functional mobility work woven in. Expect unique transitions, fun variations on classic poses and some dedicated mobility moments seamlessly intertwined into the flow. Walk away feeling less stiff, stronger + proud of exploring your mat space a little differently.
All levels welcome, but general yoga experience is helpful. Class livestream via Zoom.
