1:1 Custom Coaching

Custom 1 Month Program — No Live or Additional Coaching

Multi-week program with a suggested training schedule to map out your month which may be repeated/reused! All workouts include detailed written descriptions AND photo/video examples. Go at your own pace, be your own accountability partner.

The process begins with a short consult call. We discuss your goals, and it’s helpful if you can share what equipment/props you have access to so I can program accordingly. Ideally, we do 1-2 live sessions over Zoom in order to assess your baseline range of motion through major joints, which allows me to see your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. I draft up your assessment notes and send your program - it’s yours to keep!

This is a more cost-effective option, also great if you are short on time and are fairly self-sufficient/self-motivated in your movement routine!


1:1 Private Sessions

60 MINUTES (ON ZOOM for virtual training) + HOMEWORK

Custom-tailored to your goals + interests. You will feel like I am in the room with you! Real-time feedback on form/function of each exercise. Written homework + demo photos/videos of key exercises included so you may continue to progress.

Single or “one-off” sessions are only available for students/clients I have worked with before, either online or in-person. This is a great option for the following scenarios:
- you are wanting to polish up form/technique and focus on one thing
- you are getting through an injury and need either supplemental support for PT, or require more customized rehab after PT sessions have been completed
- you need a check-up/a new set of homework!

Best value/faster progress* Includes everything from option 2, plus a weekly email check-in, send up to 5 videos/week for assessment, priority & flexible scheduling + homework. Additional coaching access to me via video feedback + email Q&A. I am your biggest cheerleader, your shared knowledge-base and will help you meet your goals.

This option is required for students/clients new to working with me, and best if you expect major progress out of your routine, or simply like consistency & accountability in your movement practice!

The process begins with your intake form (click BOOK NOW). I review your information, we discuss your goals via email, then set up your first assessment session(s). We do 1-2 live sessions over Zoom in order to assess your baseline range of motion through major joints, which allows me to see your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. You factor in the time you are willing to put into your training program and book a session pack that suits your needs + goals. We work together on a weekly or monthly cadence that fits your schedule, and I am here as your coach along the way.
