Virtual sessions held on Zoom. Custom-tailored to your goals + interests. Real-time feedback on form/function of each movement - you will feel like I am in the room with you! Written homework + demo photos/videos of key exercises provided so you may continue to progress.
Single or “one-off” sessions are only available for students/clients I have worked with before, either online or in-person. If this isn’t you, scroll down to the next option as I require a range assessment for all new clients.
Single one-off sessions are great for the following scenarios:
- to polish up form/technique and focus on one thing we’ve worked on together in the past
- a progress check-in to refresh your homework or re-assess ROM from a healing injury/issue

Includes our 60 or 90 minute virtual session time, plus access to me between sessions via text/email to help support progress. Send up to 5 videos/week for my feedback. You receive priority & flexible scheduling. I am your biggest cheerleader, your shared knowledge-base and will help you meet your goals.
This option is required for students/clients new to working with me, and also best if you expect major progress out of your routine, or simply like consistency & accountability in your movement practice!
For clients/students new to working with me:
The process begins with your intake form (click BOOK NOW). I review your information, we discuss your goals via email, and if we are a good fit, we schedule your initial range assessment. This is mandatory in order for me to obtain accurate data on your baseline range of motion through major joints, watch your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. I cannot craft a custom training plan for you without this.
I organize the data, we chat about my suggested programming based on your assessment. You factor in the time you are willing to put into your training program and book a session pack that suits you. If you are working through an injury, I will provide recommendations on our session cadence. I am here as your coach along the way.

Custom training Program — No Live or Additional Coaching
Multi-week program with a suggested training schedule which may be repeated/reused! All workouts include detailed written descriptions AND photo/video examples. Go at your own pace, be your own accountability partner.
There are 2 ways we can approach this process, depending on if you want your program to be generalized or custom-tailored:
1 - General Training Program:
The process begins with a short consult call. We discuss your goals on the call and continue with any needed clarifications via email. You provide how much time/effort you plan to put in, as well as what equipment/props you have access to so I can program accordingly. I develop a program, email it to you + its yours to keep.
2 - Customized Training Program:
We meet on Zoom for a range assessment in order for me to evaluate your baseline range of motion through major joints, watch your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. I organize the assessment data and customize your program based on your body’s needs + goals. No additional live sessions or coaching access to me. You’re on your own with a custom-tailored program.
This training option is great if you are short on time/don’t wish to align our schedules for live coaching, and are self-sufficient/self-motivated in your movement routine!
