4-week program with a suggested training schedule to map out your month which may be repeated/reused! All workouts include detailed written descriptions AND photo/video examples. Go at your own pace, be your own accountability partner. We discuss your goals over email, I send your program and it’s yours to keep! This is a great option if you are short on time, funds, or are fairly self-sufficient with your movement routine!

Custom-tailored to your goals + interests. You will feel like I am in the room with you! Real-time feedback on form/function of each exercise. Written homework + demo photos/videos of each exercise included so you may continue to progress. Prior to our session, I collect info on your movement history + current goals and will craft the session accordingly. Single sessions are a great option if you are wanting to polish up form/technique, focus on one thing, need a refresher/check-up, or a new set of homework!
