1:1 Private Sessions

60-90 MINUTES in person + HOMEWORK

For students/clients new to working with me, we begin with an assessment of your baseline range of motion through major joints, which allows me to see your movement patterns and gain necessary insight into your strengths + limitations. Detailed notes from this session are provided, including photo/video. Our findings from your assessment session help me craft your customized program with your needs + goals in mind.

Professional guidance and feedback on form/function of exercises are given in each session. Written homework + demo photos/videos of key exercises included so you may continue to progress.

Single sessions are available for students/clients I have worked with before, either online or in person. If we have never worked together, I require a range assessment as our first session.

I recommend doing at least 3-5 sessions after the assessment in order to build up several circuits of homework you may work through independently to progress, otherwise it just feels like we collected a bunch of data about how you move, but didn’t get a chance to do anything about it!

Consecutive/consistent sessions are best if you are working through chronic pain or a specific injury, want to replace your ineffective PT with me, or have a specific goal you are striving for and need a structured training plan with a charismatic coach to help. While I will have recommendations based on your assessment and goals, session cadence is up to you, and you must be willing to put in the time and effort between our sessions to see progress.
