Custom range assessment based on your goals. Detailed notes on baseline range of motion, strengths + limitations. Professional guidance and feedback on form/function of exercises. Written homework + demo photos/videos of key exercises included so you may continue to progress. Prior to our session, I collect info on your movement history + current goals and will craft sessions accordingly. Single sessions are a great option if you are wanting to polish up form/technique, focus on one thing, need a refresher/check-up, or a new set of homework! Consecutive sessions are best if you are working through identifying chronic pain and need a structured training plan with a charismatic coach to help.
