When booking for double or triple occupancy, if possible please have all parties (2 or 3 people) ready to book + submit deposit at the same time. Email nicki@solarmovementspace.com to provide the names in your group who will be sharing the room. If you do not have other attendees sharing this room but would still like to book + share occupancy, you will be placed with awesome roommates. If you are booking this room solo, please email Nicki to let her know.
*We do not foresee this happening, but if this room is not fully booked by April 14th, you will be contacted to see if you’d like to be responsible for the remainder of the cost of this room, or we may be able to upgrade to a single occupancy room.

Remaining Balance - Due April 1

*Installment amounts are dependent upon occupancy. Exact amounts provided after booking + occupancy decided, and are approx. 25-30% of total cost.

A 15% late fee will be added if future payments are late by 10 days or more. If one future deposit is missed by 3 weeks or more and you are unresponsive to contact, your spot will be released + all payments forfeited.
