I've practiced every single class in the library! It provides an incredible variety of classes- difficult to easy, more strength focused vs. mobility vs. general movement, short and long. Nicki's cuing is perfect- it's really easy to move between poses and know exactly where you are going. She always provides a range of variants to step poses up or down. On days when I'm feeling sluggish, a class is a perfect pick me up, and on days when I'm ready to go, the classes are always a fun challenge. Nicki's sequencing is creative and clever- I'm never bored, never looking at the clock, and just thinking about how to move my body. The library has so many classes, it's an incredible value!

I'm pretty excited for the flow videos! In my opinion, nothing is better for BJJ conditioning. BJJ players get plenty of high intensity output in our training. If athletes aren't doing some form of steady-state work in their training off the mats, they're leaving a lot of potential on the table. All BJJ players can use more thoracic extension and shoulder rotation work (like your shoulder video) in their lives! My internal rotation sucks, and I think this is exactly what it needs.
