Intermediate 1.5 hour Handstand Session

STOP kicking up against a wall! If you are somewhat familiar with a handstand shape, but frustrated with the process, attend this session. We’ll cruise through a dynamic warm-up focused on wrists, shoulders, compression and more. Learn how to use props in an effective way, as well as efficient inversion training methods from a highly experienced instructor. This session will be high effort/high energy, and tons of fun ;)

Prerequisites:
- healthy wrists + shoulders - no current injuries
- a strong plank pose
- familiarity with crow pose (Bakasana arm balance)
