These are In-Person Workshops, NOT Virtual!
This long-form workshop session will begin with ample wrist, shoulder and hip warm-ups
followed by workshop-style break-downs of handstand and forearm stand. Learn through smart prop use, intelligent technique and pattern-building, as well as optional hands-on assistance. We’ll close out our group practice with some fun mini flows to integrate inversion shapes with other transitions!

This 1.5 hour workshop session will include effective mobility drills focused on increasing range of motion in shoulders, spine and hips. We’ll build heat through well-timed mini flows to incorporate drill work into fluid transitions. Learn valuable exercises to improve overall movement quality, cross-train more efficiently, and bulletproof your joints for all of life’s demands.
