30 minutes, 3 exercises - total body awareness & engagement. Yoga-inspired burpees, single leg squats, sneaky ways to balance and work glutes simultaneously, as well as my personal favorite - side planks for days!

Class S5 - Savvy Full Body Moves

38 minutes of all-out movement! The stronger you get, the more fluid these exercises become!
5 different drills full of creative core control, various challenging bent and straight arm strength movements as well as two fiery fun cardio drills!
