Fire + Water Inversion Immersion Retreat

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sending deposit for retreat is agreement to the following T’s & C’s:
Deposit amount is non-refundable.
Deposit amount goes toward total retreat cost for each attendee.
Retreat attendees will be asked for remaining retreat fee on Aug 1, Sept 1 and Oct 1, giving options to pay then.
Full retreat cost is due no later than October 6th, 2024. If total retreat amount has not been paid prior to Oct 6th, spot may be given away to waitlister.
Payment Plans available upon request. Deposit due upon registration, then custom payment plan will be offered by retreat host if requested by attendee. Attendee agrees to pay installments set forth by retreat host and attendee within time frame offered. If installments are not paid on time or in full, retreat spot may be given to waitlister.
Retreat will take place rain or shine.
If something should happen such as an act of god, disease-related, weather-related, natural disaster, or otherwise beyond the control of the retreat host or property owner, deposits will not be refunded. Any amounts paid beyond initial deposit will be fully refunded within 3 months of retreat end date.
If attendee experiences travel delays causing them to miss provided airport transfer to or from Los Cabos airport, other arrangements will be responsibility of retreat attendee to make it to retreat property.
If attendee experiences flight delays causing them to miss flights, other travel arrangements are responsibility of attendee.
If attendee should experience injuries or illnesses while on retreat, related to yoga/handstand classes or excursions off-property, medical attention and costs are responsibility of attendee.
